The gap

Talent that cannot find work. Companies that cannot find talent.

Both sides feel the same gap: the distance between knowing the vocabulary and being able to run an order. ATMA is built to close it.

If you are looking for a job

  • Job ads ask for judgement, not definitions.Costing an order, reading a tech pack, chasing a late shipment. Most courses stop at the terms.
  • It is hard to show what you can do without experience.Every lesson ends with a working scenario and a template you fill in with real numbers, so you build something you can talk about in an interview.
  • The best material is in a language you do not use at work.Every lesson exists in English, Arabic, French and Turkish.
  • You do not know where to start.Tracks run from the basics to advanced practice, so you begin at your own level.

If you are hiring or training

  • New hires know the words but not the work.ATMA teaches through real decisions: a quantity, a date, a cost, a delay.
  • Training a new merchandiser takes senior time.Give people a structured path they can follow on their own, and keep your seniors' time for your own orders.
  • Factories and brands speak different languages. One shared vocabulary for buyers, merchandisers and factory teams helps reduce the misunderstandings that cost money.
  • Small mistakes are expensive.A wrong quantity or a missed date can cost an order. The lessons show where these errors start and how to catch them.
