Terms of Use

1. The service

ATMA provides written lessons for apparel and textile merchandisers in English, Arabic, French and Turkish, with downloadable Excel working templates. One lesson is free to read without an account. The rest is available to accounts with active access. ATMA is in early access: features, content and prices may change.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Verify your email address. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share your access.

3. Early access and payment

• To get full access you request early access (with your phone, country and company details) and pay the price shown on the payment page, in US dollars.
• Egypt: pay by InstaPay or mobile wallet. Other countries: pay by PayPal. Payments are made outside our website, to the details shown on the payment page, and then you submit the payment reference in ATMA.
• A person checks each payment by hand. Access may open as soon as you submit your payment details, and may be withdrawn if we cannot confirm the payment.
• If we cannot find your payment we will email you and ask you to submit the details again within the period stated in that email. If we still cannot confirm the payment, we will deactivate your access and tell you by email.
• If you paid and your access was deactivated, write to support@atma.courses with your payment reference and we will look at it. If you believe a payment was taken in error, write to the same address and we will review it.
• The price and the access period are shown on the payment page when you pay. A later price change does not affect a payment you have already made.

4. Refunds

Digital content is delivered as soon as access is activated, so refunds are limited, but we want to be fair:

• If you ask within 7 days after your access is activated, we will refund the payment in full.
• If you were charged twice or by mistake, or if your payment was received but your access was never activated, we will refund the amount that should not have been charged, at any time.
• After 7 days we do not give refunds, except where the law requires it.
• Refunds are returned by the same method you used to pay, when possible. Write to support@atma.courses with your payment reference.

5. Licence and acceptable use

• We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to read the lessons and to use the Excel templates in your own work.
• Do not copy, resell, republish or share the lessons or templates, and do not use robots or scrapers to collect them.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service or access other users' data.

6. Education, not professional advice

ATMA teaches how the apparel and textile trade works. Rules, standards, duties and prices change and differ by country and customer. Lessons are not legal, customs, financial or compliance advice; check current requirements with the responsible authority or a qualified adviser before you rely on them for a decision.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep ATMA available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may improve, change or remove content and features, especially during early access.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, ATMA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the lessons. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Ending access

You can stop using ATMA at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or if a payment cannot be confirmed as described above.

10. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you by email. Using ATMA after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Egypt, without limiting any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
